Kick off the Year of the Rat at a festival of traditional Asian arts, crafts, and demonstrations! Support provided by Hudson Park Luxury Waterfront Apartments. Doors open at 11:30am.

4pm Korean Drum Dance
Members of the New York Korean Performing Arts Center perform rhythmic dance with drums.
